A heritage of very old vines
The treasure of the estate is first and foremost the old family vines. Most of them were replanted after phylloxera, in the 1930s and 1940s. Some of the old vines are over 80 years old and are the result of massal selections. Yields are therefore naturally limited and rooting is exceptional, favouring a large contact surface with the mineral elements of the subsoil.
