In recent years the castle and park of Entre-Deux-Monts, located in Burgundy, near Nuits-Saint-Georges, have been the subject of a real rediscovery. Protected by an inscription in the Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments, restoration work has been underway since the 1970s. Architecture, statuary, factories, hydraulic network are all testimonies to the successive cultural, aesthetic and social influences which have passed through Entre-Deux-Monts since the 11th century. Thanks to the study of an unpublished archive, the discovery of a 17th century plan, as well as a field analysis, the estate is gradually revealing its secrets…
