The SCEA Domaine Audiffred spreads over an area of 5ha, in the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune. The only grape varieties used are Pinot Noir for the reds and Chardonnay for the whites. The red wines are aged for 12 to 18 months in oak barrels. The wines are manually bottled and are neither filtered nor thickened.
