It's Saturday! Would you like to discover the secrets of Burgundy wines and learn how to taste them, whether you're a beginner or an amateur? Become a wine connoisseur in the know!

The programme: a sensory stroll to discover the secrets of the diversity of the vineyard plots by immersing yourself in the crus of the Côte de Nuits. You'll then be introduced to sensory and geo-sensory tasting of 6 to 7 wines from the "villages", "premiers crus" and "grand cru" appellations, with fun ways to recognise the aromas and flavours of the wine.

Topics covered: wine-growing landscapes (hillsides and combes), the vine (grape varieties, exposure, vine-growing soils), organic and biodynamic vine-growing, wine-making and maturing...

Stroll through the vineyards of Marsannay or Gevrey-Chambertin, followed by a visit to the salon. Courses on request for groups of at least 6 people.
