A family business that started at the end of the 19th century, and which today covers an area of about 9 hectares of 100% Pinot Noir vines, Philippe being the 5th generation.
The cultivation method remains very traditional, i.e. no weeding, ploughing and digging
in order to allow the roots to reach the terroir.
No use of chemical fertilizers, we practice the reasoned fight at the phytosanitary level (no insecticides nor acaricides)
