About
For four generations of winegrowers, with ploughed vines that have never used weedkillers, the objectives have remained the same: wines that combine concentration and finesse, aromatic freshness and the typicality of the terroir.
Although the estate does not claim the organic label, its method of cultivation is very much geared towards this objective: integrated pest management with a choice of treatment products, frequent ploughing of the soil, ageing in oak barrels with 1/4 and 1/5 new barrels. Long, traditional vinification with temperature control after manual harvesting.
